The protection of your personal data is important to us. In the following, we inform you about the type, scope, and purposes of the collection and use of your personal data when you visit our website technovet.interaktiv.de. In addition, we explain within the framework of our privacy policy, what rights you have with regard to data collection, processing, and use.

Responsible party for data collection, data processing and data use

As the provider of our Internet services, we are the responsible party for data collection, processing, and use. You can reach us at the contact details given in the imprint.

Storage of access data and log files

We collect data about every access to the server on which this website is located (so-called server log files). If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO):

IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website, previously visited page (referrer URL), browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software.

Log file information is stored for security reasons for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidentiary purposes is exempt from deletion until final clarification of the respective incident.

Contacting

When contacting us (via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), your information will be processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) DSGVO.

In case of contact via the contact forms on this website, name, e-mail address and, if applicable, your telephone number will be processed in order to answer your questions.

We delete the data accruing in this context after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations.

Use of cookies

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Below we inform you about cookies for statistical purposes, analytical purposes or advertising purposes used on this website.

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand. If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to deal with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you would like to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

Data security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data that we receive or collect, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against attack by unauthorized persons. To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (SSL encryption). When communicating by e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you use the postal service for information requiring a high level of confidentiality.

Your rights

You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored personal data at any time. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details below.

To ensure that a blocking of data can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request that the data be deleted, unless there is a legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.

You can make changes or revoke consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.

You have the right to revoke granted consent pursuant to Art. 7 (3) DSGVO with effect for the future. You may object to the future processing of data relating to you in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO at any time.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this privacy policy to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, for example when new services are introduced. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
